Our lovely Elsie is dressed up in the traditional Welsh costume, with the famous Welsh daffodil on her pinny . The Bogwyn seamstresses have fashioned her outfit from brushed cotton and felt - they really are a wiz with a needle and cotton. Elsie is rather partial to a bit of hair dye so if you would like her with brunette or blonde plaits please let us know.
